50回トイレを詰まらせる。結構手間が掛かるので、ゲーム開始時から意識して狙うと楽。
***Cash Is King
***Favour Fave
積極的に仕事や依頼をこなしていれば、全ステージクリアまでには達成可能。
***Never Be Alone Again
一部の施設に面会室があり、椅子に座ると面会人が現れる。面会人を100人迎えると解除。
1面がスケジュールに余裕があるので、そこで稼ぐのが楽。
***I Present To You
郵便配達や書籍配達の仕事でもカウントされるので、容易に解除可能。
***Naked Month
裸で過ごすと看守の警戒度が上がるので、30日は面倒に感じるが、
服を脱いだ状態で違反行為(壁の破壊や穴を掘るなど)を行い、懲罰房送りになることで3日分カウントされる。
***Punch Drunk
***Disrespect My Authority
1面で強力な武器をクラフトした状態でセーブする。その後、片っ端から気絶させ、ロックダウンが行われたらロードすることでカウントを稼げる。
***Clean Away The Crime
スケジュール通りに動いていれば、容易に解除可能。
***Digging It!
ある程度意識して掘っていかないと100タイルに届かないが、厳しい条件でもないので達成は容易。

***Grey Matters
各ステータスを&bold(){81}にすることで解除される。
どちらも1面でトレーニングするのが、スケジュールに余裕があり簡単。
**その他の実績
***Jobsworth
全10種類。1,2面の仕事を全てこなせば解除。
***Man On The Run
1面で2人の看守を倒すと警戒度が100になるので、その後施設内で看守を避けつつ警戒度80まで下げる。
その後は警戒度を上げるような行動を避け、スケジュール通りに行動していれば解除される。
***The Escapist!
後半のステージは難しいが、何度かリトライしていればクリア出来る程度の難易度。
***Master Craftsman
クラフトしたアイテムはジャーナルに記載されるが、非常に使い勝手が悪いのでメモ必須。
